City Blues E-Gift Cards are delivered by email and include easy-to-follow instructions for redemption at checkout. Our E-Gift Cards have no processing, maintenance, or service fees. Note: Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email. They are only available for purchase and use within the U.S. and cannot be sold internationally.

E-Gift Cards are not eligible for discounts during sale periods. Discount codes, coupons, and other promotional offers cannot be applied toward the purchase of an E-Gift Card. All E-Gift Card purchases are final sale—they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. E-Gift Cards do not expire and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review these carefully before purchasing. E-Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed for orders shipping within the U.S. They are not available for international orders.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to the sale and use of all E-Gift Cards purchased on www.cityblues.com:
- E-Gift Cards can only be used for purchases on .com and are not valid at any other websites or physical stores.
 - All E-Gift Card sales are final. They cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or resold—unless required by applicable law.
 - E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
 - Funds on E-Gift Cards are non-transferable to unauthorized third parties or vendors.
 - E-Gift Cards do not expire and are not reloadable.
 - Purchases made using an E-Gift Card will be deducted from the card balance until it reaches zero.
 
Restrictions
- E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or applied to previously purchased merchandise.
 - They may not be used to purchase additional E-Gift Cards.
 - We are not liable for failed or incorrect delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete recipient information provided at the time of purchase.
 - You are solely responsible for ensuring the recipient’s information is accurate and complete.
 - We are not responsible for any E-Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
 - We reserve the right to restrict or cancel the purchase of E-Gift Cards if we suspect misuse, fraud, or other illegal activity.
 
Refunds for Returned Items: If you return an item purchased with an E-Gift Card, your refund will be issued as a new E-Gift Card.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can purchase an E-Gift Card here. Simply follow the checkout prompts and provide a valid email address for delivery. Once your order is processed and payment is received, the E-Gift Card will be delivered to the email address(es) you provided.
E-Gift Cards are available in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, and $150. They do not expire and can only be purchased and redeemed online at www.cityblues.com.
Please note: E-Gift Cards can only be purchased and used for orders shipping within the U.S. They are not available for international purchase or redemption.
E-Gift Cards are delivered via email to the address(es) you provide at checkout and include instructions for redemption.
Regrettably, we’re unable to modify the value of an E-Gift Card once the purchase has been completed.
E-Gift Cards are not reloadable. However, you’re welcome to purchase a new E-Gift Card at any time, in accordance with the terms and conditions on www.cityblues.com.
To check your E-Gift Card balance, simply enter the card at checkout to view your available balance.
Alternatively, you can contact us. Please include the following information in your request:
- The last four digits of your E-Gift Card number
 - The email address used at the time of purchase
 - A note requesting a balance check
 
We’ll be happy to provide your current balance once we receive this information.
No. You will only be charged the face value of the E-Gift Card. City Blues does not impose any maintenance, processing, or service fees.
No promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers may be applied to the purchase of an E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards must be purchased at their full face value
Please safeguard your E-Gift Card number, as the bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. If your E-Gift Card is lost or stolen and you have proof of purchase, we will gladly issue a replacement for the remaining balance at no charge. Please contact us to request a replacement.
