Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email requesting you to activate your account. 
You can earn points just by creating an account, making purchases, and completing various activities. See the list below or visit our Rewards Page to learn more! To be eligible, points must be earned using the email address registered to your account.
Please note that points earned per $1 spent (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) will be issued to your account once your order is marked as fulfilled in our system.

- Neighborhood Tier: 1 point
- District Tier: 1.25 points
- Skyline Tier: 1.5 points - Create account, earn 50 points after your first purchase.
 - Birthday Reward: 100 points
 - Product Review: 25 points
 - Photo Review: 50 points
 - Video Review: 100 points
 - Instagram Follow: 15 points
 - Share on Facebook: 15 points
 
When you are ready to check out, make sure you are logged in and simply apply your points at checkout for discounts. Every 100 points = $10!
Rewards discount cannot be combined with any other coupon codes or promotions. Ex: A member cannot combine a $10 off Rewards Points with a 20% off Online Store Promotion.
Points expire after 12 months from the date earned.
Your ‘City Circle’ Tier status is based on your total spending over a rolling 12-month period (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied). To qualify, purchases must be made using the email address registered to your account. A “rolling year” refers to a 12-month period that begins the moment you reach a new tier. Please note that there may be a delay in your tier status until your order is marked as fulfilled in our system.
It’s simple! When you sign up for our refer-a-friend program, you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share this link with as many friends as you’d like. When a friend makes their first purchase of $50 or more using your link, they’ll automatically get a $10 discount at checkout (one-time use per email).
For each successful referral, you’ll receive a $10 coupon added directly to your rewards account. Make sure the email used for your referral matches your rewards account. To view earned coupons, log into the Rewards page and check the ‘Rewards History’ section. 
Points you earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your point balance.
To check your points balance, you can simply login to your account here to review your point balance.
To be awarded points, you must perform the action through selecting activities from the modal on the Rewards Page.

Birthday Gift Reward: If you enter a birthday within the next 30 days, your reward will be issued to your account 30 days after the entry date.
Points earned through other activities may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
