Returns & Exchanges

To create a return label: Visit our Returns Portal and submit a ticket to start your return or exchange.

City Blues gladly accepts returns of merchandise in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached—as well as returns of defective items. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please ensure you obtain a drop-off receipt when shipping your return. City Blues is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The drop-off receipt serves as your confirmation of the return.

If you choose to return an item using your own carrier, we are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

Please note: International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged—no exceptions.

FULL RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased through cityblues.com within 30 days of purchase.

For returns, the shipping cost will be calculated during the return process based on your location. The maximum return shipping fee is $7.95 USD, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, exchange requests are not subject to return shipping label fees.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned merchandise does not meet our return requirements (e.g., items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached).

Please note:

  • We do not provide return labels for orders outside the continental U.S.
  • We do not reimburse return shipping costs for orders shipped to U.S. territories, international destinations.

Items purchased at department stores or other third-party retailers cannot be returned to cityblues.com. Returns must be made directly through the original store or website where the purchase was made.

Changed your mind about a gift? Please contact us for further assistance in returning your gift for an exchange of a new item.

Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or price adjusted.

Return Process

City Blues offers returns maximum fee of $7.95 USD and free exchanges for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S. All returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address provided on the return label.

Return by FedEx Ground

  1. Obtain a Return Label: Visit our online Returns Portal to generate and print your return shipping label.
  2. Include Your Packing Slip: Enclose a copy of your original packing slip inside the return package.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Pack and seal your item(s) securely, preferably using the original packaging. Affix the return shipping label (sent to your email after return approval) to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop Off Your Return: Bring your package to any authorized FedEx drop-off location within 28 days. We recommend using a physical location so you can receive a confirmation receipt for your records.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
    Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details of your refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged through cityblues.com.
  • All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.

*City Blues is fulfilling orders and processing returns five days a week, excluding holidays.

*City Blues can not provide return labels and is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns for orders outside of the Continental US.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item: City Blues will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at our expense. For orders shipped within the U.S., we will provide a prepaid FedEx return label to expedite the return process.

How to request a replacement and return label: To start the replacement process and receive a shipping label, please contact us. When reaching out, be sure to include your order number, which can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email.

Note: Customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes, and shipping costs incurred. City Blues is not liable for any damages or package loss resulting from a third-party shipping service.

Per policy, refunds are issued in your original form of payment or can be issued in cityblues.com store credit. Once your return has been received, it will be processed for a refund, and you will receive a confirmation email informing you of this transaction. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a refund to be issued. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow for 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day your return was received for your account to be credited.

City Blues offers a one-time price adjustment on full-price items purchased on .com within 7 days of the shipment date, to match any price difference.

To request a price adjustment, please contact us. Be sure to provide your order number, which can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email.

Please note that sale items and certain promotions are excluded from price adjustments.
