Domestic orders placed from October 1, 2025 to December 10, 2025 are eligible for returns until January 12th, 2026. We accept the exchange or return of products purchased online through cityblues.com within 30 days of purchase, with exception to orders placed from October 1, 2025 to December 10, 2025.

The return shipping cost will then be calculated when beginning the process of your return. Our system will calculate the cost based on the shipping location and the maximum fee is $7.95 USD. Per policy, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from your refund amount. *Please note: International orders are final sale and cannot be returned without exceptions.

Orders placed before 12 PM PT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PT will begin processing the next business day. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after credit card authorization.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.

Once your order is submitted, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount. You’ll receive an email notification with your order confirmation.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders with a subtotal of $100 USD and over! For orders with a subtotal exceeding $200 USD and over, we will upgrade your Free Standard Shipping to Free 2-Day Priority Shipping. If you’re a City Circle Member, you automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping (with no cart minimum) once you’ve achieved the following tiers: Skyline. *Free shipping offer is only available for orders shipping within the U.S. and orders shipping internationally are ineligible for free shipping.

If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center. You will be refunded for the merchandise and any applicable taxes to your original form of payment once the return is received and processed. Please note: shipping charges are nonrefundable.
