Online Orders

To ensure the fastest service possible, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.

If you forgot to add a promo code, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@cityblues.com or call us at 833-621-5855. Be sure to include your order number and the promo code in your message.

You can check your order status by logging into your account. Just head to your Order History to see details about your current and past orders—including tracking info if your order has shipped.

Heads up: You'll only see your order here if you were logged into your account when you checked out. If you used guest checkout, this info won’t be available in your account.

Your card is charged as soon as your order is placed. If you tried to place an order but it didn’t go through, you might still see a temporary hold from your bank. Don’t worry—it’s not an actual charge, just an authorization that should drop off soon.

Shipping time will vary based on shipping location and order weight. Once you have entered your shipping information at checkout, you will be able to see available shipping options for your shipping location. We cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipping options for PO Boxes are not available. Please provide a valid complete street address.

We offer free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders with a subtotal of $100 USD or more (before tax and discounts).

If your order subtotal is $200 USD or more, we’ll automatically upgrade your shipping to free 2-Day Priority Shipping.

City Circle Rewards Members who have reached the Skyline tier also qualify for free Standard Shipping, regardless of order amount.

Please note: Free shipping is only available for orders shipping within the U.S. International orders are not eligible.

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes FPO, APO or DPO addresses and shipping options are not available. Please provide a complete and valid street address when placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. After your order has shipped, you’ll get another email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Please note that it may take 24 business hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website. If your tracking shows as “unavailable,” it likely means the package is awaiting pickup and scan by the carrier.

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

During busy periods like sales or holidays, processing might take a bit longer, but we’ll do our best to get your order out quickly.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please note that delays due to weather or carrier issues may occur beyond our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Return shipping costs are calculated based on your location, with a maximum fee of $7.95 USD.
  • This fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packing slip included.
  • International orders are final sale and can’t be returned.
  • If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly issue a refund or exchange at no cost to you.
  • Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion for online store credit only.
  • Important: Items purchased through other retailers (like department stores) must be returned directly to them and are subject to their return policies.

We offer free exchanges and returns for a flat fee of up to $7.95 USD on U.S. orders.

To get started, just head to our Returns Portal. You’ll find everything you need there—including your return label and instructions. Be sure to ship your item to the address provided on the label.

As soon as the return label tracking shows your package is "in transit" with FedEx, our system will automatically create your exchange order.

You’ll get a separate email with the details once your new items are on the way!

Once you’ve started your return through our Returns Portal, here’s what to do next:

  1. Include a copy of your packing slip in the return package.
  2. Pack your item securely, ideally in the original packaging.
  3. Attach the return shipping label (emailed to you after your return is approved).
  4. Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location within 28 days.

Tip: We recommend going to a physical location so you can get a drop-off receipt—just in case!

If you're doing an exchange, your new order will be created once FedEx updates the return tracking status to "in transit."

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.

Once your return package is received at the Kellwood Apparel / City Blues warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

If a refund is due, the credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

After we process your refund, your bank may take 2–14 business days to post the credit to your account. Debit and credit cards from regional banks typically take 5–14 business days.

International Orders

Yes! You can shop our website in your local currency by selecting your country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page.

Duties and taxes are calculated and shown during the checkout process.

International orders are final sale and can’t be returned.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days—we’ll make it right.

Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll see the estimated delivery time during checkout.

Please keep in mind that customs processing and local regulations can sometimes cause delays beyond the estimated shipping time.
